Preperation time
35 minutesIngredients:
2 cups (180 g) rolled oats
2/3 cup (100 g) chopped almonds
1 tsp cinnamon
Zest of an orange (1 heaping Tbsp)
2 Tbsp maple syrup
3 Tbsp mulberry molasses
2 Tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice
30 g licorice, chopped in small pieces
1/8 cup (30 g) sesame seeds
1/3 cup (60 g) sunflower seeds
Optional: 1-2 Tbsp coconut sugar
Directions:
- Combine everything except sesame and sunflower seeds.
- Bake in preheated oven at 190C for 15 minutes, tossing halfway through.
- Now add the sesame and sunflower seeds, toss to combine and continue baking for 8-10 minutes more.
- Once cooled, store the leftovers in an airtight container.
