2 cups spinach
2 cups kale
2 oranges (peel removed)
1 kiwi
6-8 frozen strawberries
1 cup of frozen mango, cubed
2 Tbsp ground flax/chia seeds
1/2 cup soy yogurt (or any other plant-based yogurt)
Optional: 1-2 Tbsp maple syrup for a sweeter taste (or any other sweetener you like)
