?Green Sauce:
500g frozen spinach
500g frozen green beans
1 can coconut milk
1 Tbsp curry powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
❤️Red Sauce:
2 cups red lentils
4 Tbsp tomato paste
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 Tbsp sweet paprika
2 cups boiling water
Salt to taste
+ 12 wholewheat lasagna sheets
Directions:
▪Cook the red and green sauces separately.
▪Preheat your oven to 200C.
▪Assemble your lasagna: red sauce, 3 plates next to each other, green sauce, plates again... until everything is used. Make sure it is the red sauce that is on the very top.
▪Bake around 40 min.
